The heart is the focus, you're just using what's called the Rule of Thirds. Your friend doesn't know much about photography. :XD:

Nice shot; though the shot isn't really in focus. You could try using a tripod or pumping up the ISO so your shutter isn't open as long so you can get a more in-focus shot.

And yes, it is adorable. Nice concept. :w00t!:

That's what I said, besides the rule of thirds part, because well.. I don't know what that means.
I don't have a tripod, definitely not something I'd be able to carry around either.. and yeah, I have shakey hands =\

i LOOOOVE this ! i think the heart is the focus even though the ripples/reflection in the water are a little distracting .. it makes it pretty though !
